Inserting Sphere Particle 3D Simulation Problem

Hi

I am trying to model 3D laminar flow in T connection, as shown in attached pdf, in which the flow in one of the T branches is partially obstructed by a spherical obstacle. The question is, How I can insert the sphere particle inside the branch.
