Weak constraints

Can anyone explain me, how can I implement the boundary conditions (in the attached file after taking the contour integral zero) or weak constraints to an elliptical shape gas bubble moving in fluid using COMSOL 5.3a. What weak expression I need to enter with or without lagrange multiplier. Your help will be strongly appriciated. Thanks.
