Electromechanics simulation

Hi

I am working on electromechanical simulation of fixed-fixed beam. Shall I use same moving mesh method as per application available for electrostatically actuated cantilever to fixed-fixed beam?

In this module when parametric sweep of pull-in voltage for 2 micro meter deflection is applied, actual deflection shows 0.67 micro meter. Why 2 micrometer deflection not shown for applied bias? Is it correct way of interpreting pull-in voltage?

pls suggest...
