Modeling of axial symmetrical structures

Dear COMSOL users,
I have problem while simulating axial symmetrical structures. The problem is that I have truncated cone in which the base radius is r1 and the upper radius is r2 (r2 > r1). As you can imagine, the radius is a variable that is constrained: r2 >= r >= r1. Where: 0 =< z =< 50 --> Height of the truncated cone.
During simulation, it is imporatant to set r in some equations instead of r1,r2. I tried to do it and defined a new variable in the model definitions. However, I'm getting some weird results that have no explaniation. I tried many approaches and many methods to check the results and they seem quite weird.
When the angle = 90 --> r1 = r2 --> Tank, I get accpetable results but once I try to change the angle, the problems start to appear.
Any helpy or suggestion is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
