Fixing boundaries in relation to each other

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to fix a boundary relative to another boundary, the boundaries are on separate domains.

For example, can we fix boundary 1 10 mm (x-direction) from boundary 2 and then apply a displacement to boundary 2 which as a result moves boundary 1 but keeps it at a distance of 10mm (x-direction).

If so, how do I do it!
