Graphical user interface with comsol script

Dear Friends,

I am developing a GUI (graphical user interface) with comsol script. I have following question:-

1. I want to start my GUI without starting comsol. i couldnt able to find any help for this .

2. I want to stop my programm execution whenever i want as well want to resume it again from the stopped condition.

3. How can i implement a function by which one can increase the number of processor from GUI.

I need urgent help for this .
