Apply pressure on the structure

The model is a anechoic coating. I want to apply high hydrodyanmic pressure on the coating to study the effect of pressure. But I can't find the effect of pressure when I use body load to apply the force. Could someone tell me how to apply pressure and find the displacement of the structure?
