Strain plots in structural analysis

I am trying to obtain the various strain plots from a structural analysis of a thin film, fixed at the bottom and loaded from the top in compression. every time I try to plot strain I get the following error:

Undefined variable. - Variable: solid.eel13solid.disp - Geometry: geom1 - Boundary: 4 Failed to evaluate expression. - Expression: solid.eel13solid.disp - Plot: con1 (Contour)

How can I fix this? I will be happy to share more details.
