Stress-Strain Diagram of a tensile test

Hello,

unfortunately i cant figure out how to create a typical stress-strain diagram of my tensile test-simulation. Also I need the true stress-strain diagram, which resprects the cross-section reduction due to necking of the probe.

Attached you can see my current simulation.
