Aggregation in particle tracing module ?

I would be very thankful for any help or comments from experts for this issue I am facing ; In particle tracing module, the particles are not generally considered as hard spheres. In fact, when the particles approach each other, there is no boundary between them and it's impossible to see their aggregation in a particular position (simply because they mingle! ). I wonder if there is any way to solve this problem and see the aggregation of particles?
