Hi COMSOL Users,

I am new to using COMSOL 5.2a and perhaps because of that I am missing something simple. I have tried to model solidification of aluminium in sand mold, i have used "heat transfer in liquid (ht2)" and "heat transfer in solid (ht3)" but I get several error:

Undefined variable. - Variable: T - Geometry: geom1 - Domain: 1 Failed to evaluate Jacobian of expression. - Expression: (comp1.ht3.d((-comp1.ht3.k_effxx)comp1.T3x))dvol Failed to evaluate Jacobian of expression. - Expression: ((-comp1.ht3.k_effxxcomp1.T3xtest(comp1.T3x)-comp1.ht3.k_effyycomp1.T3ytest(comp1.T3y))comp1.ht3.d)*(dvol)

Has anyone had problems like the above ones? How can fox these issues?

Thanks in advance,
