Variable Ambient Temperature

Hi everyone, I have a block in variable ambient temperature. The ambient temperature decreases from +4 C to -30 C. And i want to observe the change of block's temperature. But i dont get it yet how to define ambient temperature variant to my simulation. If i'm suppose to use step function, i dont know how to do it. I'm looking forward your helps. Thanks..
