Fluctuating components of the velocity

My problem is the following. I am modeling naturall convection in an iar layer between two plates and i would like to access the fluctuating component of the velocity of the flow in order to validate my turbulent kinetic energy profile. Do you know how i can access these variables/ plot them/ or export them. I need the values of u', v' and w'.
If anyone has a clue on how to get these values, since I didnt find them in the accisble data.
