Hi,

i am trying to model a semiconductor resistance and plot the I-V characteristics. i have included the electrostatics and one convection diffusion model... i don't know how the RSRH expression would now be as now i have only cn and no cp. i tried giving p_init in its place but the solution is not converging. can someone help???

(all the terms used above are from the diode model given in the model library)
