Conjugate Heat Transfer

I am looking for a way to do a conjugate heat flow of water through a cylinder. The water enters with a certain temperature and gives up heat as it passes through. Assume that it is a very thick and long cylinder, I need to find the temperature distribution of the water along the length of the cylinder the temperature distribution radially from the center of the cylinder. Also, the amount of heat given up at each instance of time. I would appreciate any suggestions. The inlet temperature of the water is sinusoidal or a heavyside function. My email is manrav.sharma@gmail.com
