Geometry: Face in a work-plane

Hello all,
I have a problem in geometry and extruding. I am working with 2 COMSOL simultaneously. If I draw a simple shape, lets say rectangular, in a work plane, one of these COMSOL recognizes this rectangular as a face but the other does not. I compared all the setting and they look the same. I attache the work plane image fro both.
Please help me to figure it up.
