solid young's modulus effect in fluid-structure interaction question

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi all,

I am doing a simulation about fluid-structure interaction. My 2D geometry is a 50um wide, 400um long channel with a 15um solid bead at the channel entrance. Flow inlet boundary condition is pressure at 2e5 Pa. When the solid young's modulus in below 1e6 Pa the error

The following feature has encountered a problem:
Nonlinear solver did not converge.
No convergence, even when using the minimum damping factor
There was an error message from the linear solver
The relative residual (X) is greater than the relative tolerance

can anyone help about this? Thank you!
