Spool displacement inside a fluid

Dear Friends,

I am trying to simulate the spool displacement inside a fluid domain. The idea is to verify the pressure dynamics of the fluid and demonstrate how it should follow the same behavior as for the displacement of the spool. I tried to solve the problem by using the method of moving mesh (ALE) but I wasn't able to reach the solution I am looking for. Is there any idea about this problem and how can I proceed.

Any help will be more than useful, thanks
