two soild ball contact with between fluid media

Dear All,

I encountered a problem of my COMSOL 5.0 model. The upper half-circle and lower half circle are solid domains. The intermediate channel is fluid flow. I first try to assure the execution of two ball contact. So I fine mesh the area of the clearance. The off set contact is set. But it didn't work. Does there anyone give me some hints about it. The model is attached below.
