Admittance calculation

Hi. Recently I am trying to calculate the admittance of a PCB. So I built up an simple model and used AC/DC mef module and set a terminal and one ground for the PCB. So I can get the admittance from the global predefined value.

But now I want to compute the admittance between two places which are neither the terminal nor the ground. So i can't get the admittance from the globla value. Could anyone tell me how to do that?
