Why the 'current as a function of wavelength' of the semiconductor model in Comsol is much lower than experiment results?

Hi everyone.Expamples about GaAs 2D model PIN phototdiode im 'Semicomductor'gives the 'current as a function of wavelength' results. The peak value is 0.9 uA about 730nm with the 10 W incident beam . But the experiment results are about 0.3A/W. How to understand the difference betweent the simulation and the experments results. Why the simulation results are much lower than real matters? Does the 3D simulation results are much bigger than 2Ds which approach to the experiments results ?
