How to to cycle analysis in COMSOL

Hi.

I am presently doing Carbon Methanol sorption analysis.
I have done sorption analysis but I do not know how to do whole cycle analysis combing adsorption, Preheating, and Desorption.
Changing to Desorption from adsorption requires changing cooling water temperature from 30 to 80 deg celcius.

Please help me how to do analysis of such cycles
