Connecting 2D polygons

Hey I am importing points into comsol that form 2D polygons, that are asymmetrical and concentric to one another. I am wondering if there is a way that I can connect the 2D polygons to each other to form a 3D tube that is in their shape?

You will need to use the Loft functionality, which is included in the Design Module: www.comsol.com/design-module .
