How to evaluate partial vapor pressure in Comsol?

I am trying to Heat transfer physics and Species Transfer simultaneously. They are coupled by a species transfer rate with is a function of temperature and partial vapor pressure. Heat Transfer physics will give me the temperature and Species Transfer will give the mole/mass fraction from which I can measure the Partial vapor pressure. Is it possible to solve them simultaneously?
