use of heaviside function

hi all,
i am new to comsol am using 3.5 and 3.5a till now i was just modelling basics. i am modelling for a earth as a rectangular block now i wanna insertt temp eqn given below with temperature steppings 0 :10:1000.
k = k0(1-r(T-t))H(1-r(T-t) + 0.001
k0 is const
t= 0
T 1000
H is heavyside function
so please suggest me how to use this eqn in COMSOL.

in Comsol 3.5a you can use flc2hs(t-.1,.1) function. Simply search for flc2hs. Then you can use it in your multiplications directly.
