Evaporation in Porous Media with Small Evaporation Rates in Library Manual

I am a newbie using COMSOL. I have an problem and need your help.
In the tutorial " Evaporation in Porous Media with Small Evaporation Rates" of Application Library Manual, Heat Transfer Module. I did as the manual and run completely. However, when I change the unit from cm -> m or scale the dimensions of the domains (air domain and porous domain), the results can not divergence or can not run sucessfully. So, why is that ?
Please help me. Thank you very much.
