Cant start Comsol

Hello
I am finding difficulty in using comsol Multiphysics 3.5a.
When ever i try to start the software i get the following message:
Error: 9037
Failed to initialize 3D graphics. OpenGL not fully supported.
Canvas3D: null GraphicsConfiguration

Error: 9040
Fatal error.
- Type: NullPointerException

What is the reason?
