Using Virtual Operations deforms the geomtry

Hi,
I'm using virtual operation to simplify a complex geometry but it deforms the geometry. I tried different methods (e.g., ignore edges and form composite face) with and without 'ignore adjacent vertices'. Do anyone know how to sole the problem? I'm using 5.2 on Mac.
