Define or change domain number/name

Hello,

I´m using Livelink with Matalb to do a simple study. In my code I generate 3 diferent geometrys with a while and when I try to define materials it gives an error because the domain number are never the same.
There is any simple solution to this problem? Is possible to define manually the number of a domain or change it?

Hi,

The numbers of geometric entities, including domains, are assigned internally and cannot be changed. However, there are a number of different ways to easily assign selections and automatically keep track and find geometric entities. The following blog series may help:

I already find a way using mphselectbox and mphselectcoords. It's a litle harsh but it work.
