How can I input a heavy oil properties?

Hi,
I am trying to use COMSOL to simulate a reservoir, but there is no related materials in library built-in.
For example, how can I input the saturation, permeability and temperature-dependent conductivity?

Whether can I use matlab to define the above properties?
or I should build a file with *.txt format then import it? If so, what kind of the txt file should be like?
Thank you very much.
