Failed to find consistent initial values - Advanced Composites Processing

Hi!
I'm new to COMSOL and I would like to have an advice, because I'm a little bit confused.

I followed a tutorial instructions but I didn't get the expected response. Instead I got the following error:

The following feature has encountered a problem:
Failed to find consistent initial values.
Last time step is not converged.
- Feature: Time-Dependent Solver 1 (sol1/t1)
- Error: Failed to find consistent initial values.

I followed the tutorial process:

- I choose the (Δu) Coefficient From PDE (c) physics in a 2D Space Dimension
- picked the (Time Depended) Study Type of my problem
- did build the geometry (a rectangular)
- defined my Variables (a=)
- defined some coefficients and parameters and allowed the Initial Values to be the same as the default
in addition I put (two) Dirichlet Boundary Conditions (input-left - output-right) regarding the sketch.
- defined the time steps in the study settings and run the process solving the problem.
- The error was the following:

May I have a possible explanation regarding this response?
P.S. I did attach the tutorial file

Thank you in advance,

Panos Deemac
