MEMS switch using COMSOL MEMS Module

We have designed one capacitive shunt switch in COMSOL, but when we are trying to actuate the switch by applying voltage greater then its actuation voltage, it is not showing any kind of change in switch position.
Can any body please help me to solve this? or is there anybody who is working on the same field ?.
I will be very thankful to you.
