Any method to run COMSOL 3.3 on Windows 7?

I've used COMSOL multiphysics 3.3 on Windows XP. However, after I upgrade it to Windows 7, I cannot install COMSOL.

Although I succeeded to install it on Windows XP mode of Windows Virtual PC, I failed to install license (the license file for USB FLEXid).

Finally, I run it on Oracle VM VirtualBox but it is too unstable.

My question is that
1. COMSOL 3.3 can not run on Windows 7?
2. If then, can not run it on Windows XP mode of Windows Virtual PC?

Using VirtualBox is too slow.
