How to export velocity data at all grid points in all coordinates in excel sheets?

Please tell me how to export the velocity data at all grid point sequentially at all the co-ordinates (X and Y), into a text file or an excel spreadsheet. I am using Comsol 5.0. Please reply me ASAP, it's very urgent
