Automatic changing of graph title

I want to make a number of plots, each with slightly different parameters. For convenience, I want COMSOL to automatically label each with the appropriate parameters when exporting each plot. Is there a way I can put a string into the plot label that gives the value of a desired parameter when the plot is labeled?
