Error: Nonlinear solver did not converge

Hi,

I am trying to model transient electrokinetic motion of a particle in a microchannel (dimensionless). I am using moving mesh, stokes flow, and conductive media dc models and I am getting the following error:

Time 0:
Nonlinear solver did not converge.
Last time step is not converged.

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue? I am also getting warnings for "Inverted mesh element near coordinates ..." before the error.
