Thin Film BAR simulation

I am working on the BAR filters and go through the all literature and now i want to start the simulation work but can able to simulate because i have not clear about the process to be follow in simulation. I created the design, select the according material, piezoelectric physics but dont know what to add in my physics. so please help me to learn the simulation of BAr device.
