Simulation of bio-diesel and diesel combustion and measuring the pyrolysis duration of each fuel

Greetings

I need to simulate the combustion process of diesel and biodiesel inside a single cylinder diesel engine , including all combustion phases ,and then compare the pyrolysis and oxidation phase of both samples ,in order to relate them to soot formation and PM structure. can any one help me?
