heat generation over a specified time

Hi, I use visco-elastic materials to simulate the heat generation due to the hysteresis effect. First of all, I applied frequency domain to study the heat generation of rubber subjected to the external loading. Later, I set study 2 as time dependent in order to obtain the temperature distribution after a specified time.

However, I found the initial higher temperature turns to room temperature after a certain time. That means, the heat just dissipated with the time elapse rather than accumulation.

Could anyone tell me how to keep the heat generation over time, then, I can see the temperature increase.

thanks
