solution coupling

Hello
I am working with particle tracing in a microfluidic channel under a magnetic field produced by a permanent magnet. I have tried to couple the stationary solutions of the laminar flow and magnetic field physics with the time dependent particle tracing study in 2D. it works perfectly.
When I try to work in 3D, stationary study works properly. But when I run time dependent study particle tracing solutions managed before are not coupled and particles are not influenced by the laminar and magnetic field either.
I´ve tried to find out if there is any mistake in the model making, but I didn´t see anything strange, has anybody got any idea of what can happen???
