Hi rani
You must to check you mesh.
i see your Modell and you mesh don't working. you to resove it.
Mesh >> Fine>> computer oder with Extremly Fine

Hi
Your problem is the extremely thin layers (< 1 µm) which makes meshing very difficult, although not impossible. I looked at your model and meshed the four thin "arms" with swept mesh, defining the resolution of the narrow region down to 1e-7, minimum element size to 0.1 µm, maximum size to 20 µm, and number of elements across a layer to 5. Meshing the rest did not succeed but I think I know the solution: you have to define similar thin layers in the large block in the center, so that the thin layers coincide in the contact boundaries of the "arms" and the central block. As I am using version 4.3b I do not attach a model because you cannot open it with 4.2a.
Good luck!
Lasse
