Interpolation method in parametric surface

Recently, I have trouble in using parametric surface, because my bottom and top surfaces are close enough and change abruptly somewhere. When I use parametric surface in COMSOL, the two surfaces would be intersected at those sharply-changing area.

I am wondering that we have a way to choose interpolation method, such as linear, to create surface? Thanks very much in advance.
