About Electrstatic and solid mechanics coupling

I am new with comsol 4.1.I am trying to simulate the RF MEMS.Here,I have to couple the Electrostatic module with solid mechanix module.I have already tried with including the Electrostatic module+solid mechanix+moving mesh.But Unfortunately It's not simulating.And also please tell me what is the procedure to exclude a domain from whole structure calling from the 'defination'.Would you tell me a precise way to couple both of this module giving by an example from the version of 4.1.
