Heat Transfer In Indoor-Outdoor High Voltage Bushing

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi everybody,

I'm very new Comsol user, and I want to model a high voltage indoor-outdoor bushing to mesure temperature dissipation on the model. I should enter 1000 Amper to conductor of bushing. Geometry consists of 4 layer which are conductor, air gap, covering porcelain, and a adjacent flange. Adding i want to model this component in a laboratory room at 20 C. I am giving a picture about my model which was sketched in 2d axial.

I couldn't obtain heat transfer between both layers and ambient which is air.

How can i model this component, which parameters should i use in model

If you can help me i will be very happy.

Best my wishes,

Ilim
