Information required for Electrical Contacts and Ceramic Plate materials

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

In my MS research, I am fabricating Thermoelectric Module from Bismuth Telluride (Bi2Te3) Thermoelectric Elements with ZT about 0.9 at 300K for both p-type and n-type. I want to ask that;

1. Which types of materials can be used for electrical contacts between Bi2Te3 thermoelectric elements and ceramics plate?

2. Which types of materials can be used as ceramic plates for hot and cold sides?

3. Also please give me new idea related to above two questions which can help me in publishing my research at international level.

Please answer above questions separately and send me links of websites and research papers for above answers.

Waiting for your reply. Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,
