Intrinsic stress in Structural Mechanics Module or MEMS Module

Dear all,
I'm simulating the stress distribution inside a waveguide that is cause by material having different thermal expansion coefficients. My simulation uses Structural Mechanics module and is based on the model provided by Comsol www.comsol.com/showroom/gallery/190/
Is there anyway to add intrinsic stress as an input to the Structural Mechanics module or perhaps the MEMS module? I've found zero documentation on this matter so far.
Your help is highly appreciated.
