Eigenfrequency study run in two CPU peaks

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello,

I am running eigenfrequency studies within a loop. The running time is thus important.

The first runs used to take about 2 s with my (simple) model. But, for a few days, it takes about 10 s. Looking at the CPU usage (attached), a first peak of activity lasts about 2 s, before a "break" of about 5 s and another peak of 2 s. Also, looking at the progress (attached), it displays 3% from the right beginning and stays stuck to this value until switching to 100% right at the end of the 10 s.

It converges in 2 iterations, for less than 10 000 degrees of freedom.

This behaviour is now always present, even when building a new model (with the template default Eigenfrequency study) or with older files. Would anyone know where it might come from?

Thank you for your help.
