Why is my solid heat source not affecting the system? (CFD)

Hi, I'm a beginner user of Comsol and I'm trying to solve one of my first problems. I built the geometry shown in the picture 1 where the box on the top is a copper heat source. There are two flows, the upper which is hotter and the other in which there are particles. I did a stationary study for the laminar flow and I added multiphysics for the non-isotermal flow. I also made a transient study for the particle tracing. I can't understand why that heat source doesn't affect the pipe in the contact area (as shown in pic 2). Of course the contact area is not adiabatic.

I'd need help. Thank you
