How to add normal and tangential velocity as BC?

Hi all, I am trying to run an evaporation simulation model on comsol 6.0. I wanted to add both normal velocity and tangential velocity as boundary condition. My simulation model is a 2D symmetric model. The only velocity BC available on comosl is either normal velocity or velocity field (r&z direction). Is there any other way to put normal and tangential velocity BC? Thank you all for your help!!
