The relative error is greater than the relative tolerance

I want to solve a thermal stress problem. And there is no "Fixed Constraint" but only a "Prescribed Displacement" in the "Solid Mechanics " physics.
When I finsh a "Stationary" research, there is an "error" occured. The "error" figured out the relative error is greater than the relative tolerance.
How do I deal with this error? Will this error affect the accture of my results?
